Blackwood Training Day 2

Ouch my shoulders, and butt are so sore already!!!  Ok the leg workout was great definately feeling my butt getting tighter yay!!!  The swimming last night has really given my latts and shoulders a good workout.

Today's training was more cross fit style my favourite I love it short and intense and huffy puffy!  I did treadmill runs with kettle bell swings and pull ups unfortunatly due to the sore shoulders and latts I had to use the orange band.  Great workout

Cardio today consisted of swimming again not the best cardio session to do as did swimming yesterday but a little limited this week.  So foudn the swimming really hard work and slow going but at least it should loosen the muscles up, just did 1km that was enough. 

Have to fit a yoga session in can not neglect this part of my training it is such a crucial part of getting that overalll fitness.  And for more this is the area that needs more work.  So on the note off to do some downward dog.
