My shoulders are so sore!!! And it is Chest and Shoulders today. My workout today was made up of single arm movements and lots of push ups.
I am dissapointed that I procrastinated for most of the day and did not get my sprint training done, a bit annoyed but a lesson learnt.
I had yoga this afternoon and loved it what a great stretch and a great unwind for the day.
I am suprised that my energy levels are not suffering but my food has been spot on.
Rest day tomorrow Yay
