Blackwood Training Week 2

Week 2:

Day One
Last week felt great getting all my training done apart from missing one run but this week I will get it in.

Monday:
Leg Training I have decided to step this up a little more did a great heavy workout luckily I had an amazing massage from Lee Anne the best remedial massuease!!  Swimming in the afternoon and I was lucky enought to have Kay all to myself thanks guys!!!  She did not let me stop you better all be back next week!!  Lots and lots of sprints by the end of what felt like my hundreth sprint I felt like I was making more splashing and slapping about in the water than going anywhere.  Thankfully we were in the shallow pool not far to sink to the bottom!!  I slept well last night.

Day Two Tuesday:
Crossfit workout yay but my legs are feeling a bit tight as well as my latts from swimming but energy levels are great and will do yoga today that will be two days in a row.  Must also fit study in agghhh have a yoga exam on Saturday how do you uni studies study I have decided it is an art or maybe extreme will power and the ability to sit still.
