Since the girls have been doing Get Fit proud the boys decided it was their time to give this triathlon stuff a go!!  So we put a team together for the Champion Lakes Triathlon consisting of Raf, Michael, Matt, Laurence, Dave, Gill and Nic unfortunately our little pocket rocket Mintie had the flu.  the venue was amazing and the lake was brilliant to swim in (no leaches, duck poo or yucky things)  I reccomend this course to anyone.  I am proud to announce that everyone finished and did really well, and they now have the traithlon bug!!
