Want a toned and fit body?
The Get fit and toned program is for people wanting to lose a bit of weight, tone up and increase fitness levels in a fun environment. Our jobs as trainers is to make you feel good about yourself and to help you achieve your goals plus also to achieve some things you never thought possible. We offer a personal service that is dedicated to you, our trainers want you to get the results you deserve
Workouts with your trainer will push you and increase strength, stamina and fitness. Workouts will use latest training techniques and will be a combination of weights, cardio, kettle bells, medicine balls and other good fun equipment.
Our trainers are well qualified and have all passed extensive training procedures so that you are given a great workout every time, we do not believe in doing hour sessions where a trainer is paid to watch you warm up and cool down.
Your half hour sessions will be heart raising and get you sweating, we do not pay our trainers to talk to you during your session it is your time to have a great workout but they are more than happy to have a chat after the session.
Double up training also available for this package where you can train with a friend or family member.
Program is bought in a monthly block, prices become cheaper the more sessions done per week.
