Back to Basics Bootcamp Outdoor training creating tough chicks and tough blokes, back to basics training uses body weight, tyres, sand bags a great workout building strength and fitness. Suitable for anyone who likes a class where you get dirty, sweaty and lift real weights no jumping about following an instructor!
Location: Get Fit Wanneroo Every Tuesday 6am - 6.45am, Thursday 9am - 10am
Boxing for Fitness Great for stress relief but also learning correct boxing techniques and combinations and getting to punch pads held by your partner in class. Boxing is great for your upper body and your belly also increasing co-ordination and confidence
Location: Wanneroo Social and Sports Club Crisafulli Ave Every Tuesday 7.15pm - 8.15pm
Swim Squad (starting again August) From beginners to advanced this swimming class with qualified swim coach will suit you, swimming is a great low impact sport that burns lots of calories and tones the body Craigie Leisure Centre Lane 4 Outdoor Pool City to Surf Training Running training aimed at increasing your fitness and learning correct running technique. Suitable for the beginner to advanced runner. Training sessions every Monday and Wednesday 6.45pm - 7.30pm, Tuesday 6am - 6.45am and Saturday 7.30am - 8.30am

Our trainers make our group classes fun whilst making sure you are working as hard as you can. New members are welcome and the time will be taken to introduce you to the class and exercises so no awkward moments for you. Injuries are also taken into consideration and a variation will be available.
Classes are a great way to meet others and our Get Fit gang are always welcoming and a great bunch of people.
