Get Fit's triathlon training program is set up for the first timers to the sport of triathlon, or for our repeat members.

Triathlon training is all about having fun, and learning the three discplines so you can complete them all on race day and feel proud of yourself when crossing the finish line.

We have a qualified swim coach to help you with your swimming technique so even if you can only do doggy paddle or float on your back we will have you doing freestyle with confidence by the end of your program

Our running training is suited to all fitness levels, so even if you can not run and prefer to walk we can work around this or if you are a competant runner you will learn new drills and techniques to assist your running speed, endurance and to stay injury free.

With our bike training we do not mind what type of bike you have as long as it does not have training wheels you can use it.  The bike classes are seperated to competance level so everyone will get a workout.  Or if you are new to bike riding we will build your confidence so you will feel safe and know how to work your bike.  Anyone needing a new bike or any bike accessories please see Franz and his helpful team at Bike Force Woodvale and mention Get Fit.

Our training programs go for between five and seven weeks, and includes entry fee, 3- 4  one hour training sessions per week, top to wear on the day, and 7 week gym membership

Our next training program starts January 17th in preperation for the all womens 2XU Triathlon at Hillarys

A great way to start the new year

Would you like to take part in a great fun, all women, beginners, friendly triathlon? You are never to old, to young, or to unfit with our training program you will be ready and feel confident and capable to complete the triathlon and have fun doing it.  Our groups are suitable for all fitness levels, ages and experiences come and be part of the Get Fit Team and make some great friends.

The triathlon we will competing in is the Ramsey's Health Pink Triathlon

We are excited to announce our all girls triathlon training program for girls aged 7 - 12.  Mums have your daughters join you, set a great example and spend time together. Girls get mum involved, get fit and have fun together.

Our triathlon goes for six weeks, it is great fun and for the first time we are doing a training program for the mini triathletes (the daughters, nieces, sisters, friends) from age 7 to 12 for half price plus they have their own coach.

Our training times are
Monday Swimming 7.00pm - 8.00pm at Craigie Leisure Center
Wednesday Running 7.00pm - 7.45pm at Get Fit

Thursday Running 6.00am - 6.45am or 9.00am - 9.45am at Get Fit
Saturday Cycle and Run 7.00am - 8.00am at Whitford's Nodes

Saturday Ocean Swim 8.00am - 8.30am at Whitford's Nodes

Our next training program starts January 9th 2012 in preparation for the all women's pink triathlon
